Golden Houses Shortlisted in Construction News Awards

Golden Houses Developments has been selected as a finalist in the Housebuilder of the Year category of the 2016 Construction News Awards, making the shortlist from among a record number of entrants.

By tripling their turnover and completing two extraordinary projects, Golden Houses Developments exemplified exquisite practises to stand out from the competition. The projects that impressed the judges were three new contemporary houses in Putney and a refurbished a five storey house with a 160sqm basement in Islington.

These projects were undertaken despite facing significant barriers. With a focus on solutions and innovation, ability to overcome problems and beautiful final products, Golden Houses Developments exceeded the expectations of each client.

Monika Slowikowska, founder of Golden Houses Developments, said “This is an incredible milestone for us. To be shortlisted amongst such prestigious and renowned companies is truly an honour. We’re so pleased to see that our focus on solutions and commitment to building amazing relationships has grabbed the judge’s attentions. It has already been an amazing year for Golden Houses Developments, from announcing our significant growth to featuring on Channel 4’s Ugly House to Lovely House, we’re excited to continue this progress.”

Before the awards, all finalists will attend face-to-face judging by members of the 61-strong jury, made up of the most influential clients and experts in the UK. Other industry leading companies shortlisted in the Housebuilder of the Year category include:
